Terms and Conditions for orders.  Please Read Carefully!

A. Return of Goods: 
Goods to be returned for any reason must have been purchased directly from FilterCradle Supply(FCS).  They must have prior approval and  be accompanied by a sales receipt.  Items being returned for reasons other than replacement under warranty will be assessed a handling charge of 15% of the price. All returns are subject to inspection before approval. Goods accepted for return shall be in exchange only for goods or a credit towards future purchases.
 
B. Errors in Shipping:
If a wrong item is received due to error by FilterCradle Supply that item (if unused and like new) will be exchanged for the correct item. The incorrect item must have been ordered direct from FilterCradle Supply and returned prepaid within 30 days of the original shipment.
 
C. Terms of Sale:
Orders placed by new customers require payment in advance by credit card, Certified check, or money order.  Known dealers may be shipped C.O.D. with company check. Any and all outstanding balances caused by dishonored checks or any other reason will be assessed  1.5% per month finance charge. Dishonored checks will incur an additional $30 handling fee, and if  FilterCradle Supply is required to retain a collection agency or attorney to collect any overdue balance, any costs or fees incurred shall be paid by the purchaser.
 
D. Accounts/Payment:
Distributors with approved credit accounts are  responsible for payment of their purchase in full within 30 days of invoice date. Unpaid accounts will be assessed 1.5% per month finance charge
